The first day of Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat brought Rs 9 crore in gross, which is nothing less than encouraging when compared to the other big releases. The flick then made Rs 7.75 crore and Rs 6 crore respectively inversely covering half of its budget by quickly moving. The fourth day saw Rs 5.5 crore cash in, which was a little reduction from the previous day, but on day of the week the film picked up an estimated Rs 5.75 crore, thus totaling up to around Rs 34 crore.

On Sunday, October 26, 2025, the total Hindi occupancy rate for Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat was 29.86%. "When a strong-willed superstar falls in love with a powerful politician, their passionate romance swiftly turns into a dangerous game of obsession, pride, and heartbreak," read the official synopsis of the film.
Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat not only faced fierce competition from the hugely popular horror-comedy Thamma at the box office, but it also drew a substantial audience in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. The film had a great first weekend and a good opening weekend, and its performance carried over into the week.
