The film is directed by Vikram Bhatt.
With each installment of Raaz franchise coming out, the scares are getting lesser and lesser I believe.
The first Raaz scared the bejeezus out of me. The second Raaz was less scary but was a compelling watch nevertheless (the only Raaz film starring Emraan Hashmi, where he didn't kiss). The third Raaz was all sex and no scares. And now we come to Raaz Reboot, which looks more like a romantic film than a horror flick, going by the trailer.
Anyways, the makers have released a new poster of the film, that looks like Emraan Hashmi has turned vampiric and is thirsting for Kriti Kharbanda's blood. The poster looks kinda inspired by the poster of Bram Stoker's Dracula (or for the matter any movie poster with a vampire in it), but with more passion. Which leads us to this question - is Emraan Hashmi playing a vampire in the film? The trailer gave us no clue about it.
Well, we don't think Emraan Hashmi is playing a vampire in the film - he will be more like what Sharman Joshi did in 1920: London, an ex-boyfriend helping out his married lost love. But that pose... so giving out wrong signals, man.
We had earlier reported about how the first posters of Raaz Reboot (totally stupid name - they are not rebooting any damn thing here, it's all the same scares) were inspired from Game of Thrones posters. But then that has always been the tradition of any Bhatt film - be it the movie or the poster - so no one is breaking any tradition here.
What do you think of the similarity?
