Ever since Manushi Chillar made India proud by winning the Miss World title last year, people have been waiting to see her on the big screen. That's how the drill has been. You win the coveted beauty pageant and that becomes your ticket to Bollywood. So when Manushi attended the Dabboo Ratnani 2018 calendar launch last night, we had to ask her the ultimate question as to when was she making her Bollywood debut. She was reluctant to reveal much and only said, "You'll come to know very soon." We tried again and asked her if it will happen this year and she replied, "I can't promise which year, but it will be soon." Gosh, now how soon is very soon, we wonder. Manushi's fans, the suspense unfortunately continues.
But the good thing is that the lady made it to Dabboo Ratnani's coveted celebrity calendar this year. Yep! She has made her debut on this annual glamorous calendar, so that's a start. Talking about this, Manushi said, "It feels amazing. I was not expecting that I'll get there so soon. It was a different experience for me, I haven't done this kind of shoot before. Ask her as to how did everything fall into place and she says, "I met him after my homecoming. We met at a dinner. But I got a call few days back that I am doing the calendar and I am this year's debutante. It was a surprise for me, as it came from nowhere."
