Child artist Rudraksh Jaiswal has returned to the country for his board exams after shooting for Netflix's upcoming movie Dhaka. The movie features international star Chris Hemsworth in the lead, while Rudraksh and other Indian actors like Randeep Hooda, Manoj Bajpayee, play prominent roles. Recently when BollywoodLife got in touch with the child actor, his joy knew no bounds as he has shared screen space with Thor, a character Chris plays in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. "After working hard for six months it is time to say goodbye to my character. But during these 5 months, I did a lot of action and a lot of fun. It seems like I just saw a dream and woke up," the actor states.
Interestingly, Rudraksh also revealed that for the filming of the international movie he had to let go of some prestigious Indian projects. Rudraksh who was finalised for Ajay Devgn-starrer Tanaji and Janhvi Kapoor -starrer Gunjan Saxena biopic had to opt out of these projects due to his commitment to Dhaka and his upcoming board exams. "One thing that I want to learn is that when another opportunity knocks your door simultaneously, how do you handle it. I lost a few very interesting projects during last 6 months like Tanaji and Patakha Guddi (Gunjan Saxena biopic). I am a little sad," Jaiswal quips.
In case you missed it, Avengers' star Chris also hosted Jaiswal at his Australian abode post the film's wrap up. Ask the kid about some anecdotes from the shoot schedule, and Rudraksh quickly shares a funny incident when Chris touched his feet! "As it was the last day of the shoot I hugged Chris sir very tightly and I got emotional. He smiled and hugged me too. Then I touched his feet, he quickly started looking at me, while I lied on his feet. He asked me 'What are you doing?' I replied, 'It’s a way to give respect', he immediately to everyone's shock, touched my feet. He then kissed me on my forehead." Later Rudraksh explained that only younger people can touch elders' feet. "He calls me Rudy roosters or little legend," he adds.
Rudraksh reveals that it was a sad moment on the last day of the shoot, so he even wrote a letter to the actor.
This gesture of Chris surely makes him a real-life hero, right?
