The whole fallout between Colors channel and Kapil Sharma is still an unending war. As we all know, Kapil Sharma and Colors channel over difference of opinions parted ways. Though it was quite sad, Kapil soon sprang to life as within the exit period of his from Colors, Sony offered him a show of his own to air in their channel. Obviously, being rivals now, and with the terrible TRP ratings of Comedy Nights, Kapil's show has been doing extensively well because of his fan following. However, an entertainment portal has reported that Colors still has their trump card that can easily sabotage Kapil's show with respect to TRP.
And it's none other than Mouni Roy, Arjun Bijlani and Adaa Khan starrer Naagin. The supernatural show has been topping the charts ever since its inception and is still at the top giving Colors a leverage on this stiff competition with Kapil. The makers have in fact, even extended the episodes so as to pose a threat to the comedian. While Kapil's direct competition is Comedy Nights but it is failing to impress the audience leading to it's rating being an average of 1.9 while Kapil's show stands at ratings ranging between 3 and 2.9. That is winning by a huge margin. However, Colors' show Naagin is a serious threat to Kapil's show as the show stands at 4.8 ratings on the chart. Although, it doesn't quite make sense for Naagin to be Colors' trump card as it is not Kapil's competition with respect to genre, neither with respect to time slot. On what basis is the channel trying compete with Kapil's show?
