As filmmakers make a queue to sign him up for projects, girls are swooning left right and centre over the hot hunk. Vicky has been in the news for his rumoured break up with girlfriend Harleen Sethi. The reports surfaced after Harleen deleted all their pictures from social media. Stories are floating around that it was his proximity to Katrina Kaif that drove a wedge in their love story. In fact, there are murmurs that she found him two-timing. It all started from the time when Kat said on Koffee with Karan 6 that she felt Vicky and her would make for a great onscreen pairing. Jab They Met
While most believe that they met sometime last year, insiders say he got acquainted with Harleen while doing Love Per Square Foot. The writer of the show, Anand Tiwari is apparently a good friend of Harleen. They met and sparks flew between the couple. Another story suggests that he met her at friend, Amritpal Singh Bindra's bash. Apparently, a girl had flown down from another city to meet Vicky as she had a huge crush on him. She wanted to hook up with him. However, he did not get her hints and became friends with Harleen instead.
Lunch date outing
Pictures of Vicky and Harleen from a lunch date went viral in November. While the hunk looked comfortable posing for the paps, Harleen was a tad awkward. This was around the launch of Broken But Beautiful.
Dropping Hints
The first admission happened on Neha Dhupia's Podcast where he said he did swipe up for Harleen. Neha revealed that he fell for a woman at a party where they wanted to set him up with someone else. He did not take Harleen's name. "Jaana tha Japan, pohoch gaye Cheen, samajh gaye na. That's what happened," he laughed and told her. He also dedicated Diljit Dosanjh's, "Do You Know? Main Tenu Kinna Pyaar Karda. Do you know? Main tere utte kinna marda. Do you know?" for her. Talking about swiping Harleen on Tinder, he said, "Right, super up up. Up matlab jitna chadh jaaye."
We are just good friends
In November, Harleen also spoke about how love can happen many times. When asked about Vicky, she blushed and said, "We are just good friends." He also came for the special screening and supported Vikrant Massey and Harleen.
Confession on Karan's couch
Vicky admitted that he was in a relationship on Koffee with Karan 6. He told the host, "Let's see what happens. It's a new relationship, but it is very serious." This happened in December.
How's The Josh
On January 17, Harleen put up a pic of the two twinning in the Uri tee shirts that had 'How's The Josh' written on it. Harleen replied by saying High Sir. This was a way of making it Insta official.
It is beautiful!
On Famously Filmfare, Vicky told the host, "It was beautiful to get to know each other but at the same time feeling right from the very beginning. It started from past year only. We just happened to meet through common friends. We never questioned it. Whatever happened, happened in a very organic way. We enjoy each other’s company and we are each other’s best critics."
Valentine's Day celebrations
Though Harleen did not put a picture of them together, she shared a snap of a dinner with two wine glasses. People assumed they rang it in together.
