The Game of Thrones mania is as its peak what with the premiere of season 8 just few hours away. There are numerous theories floating around predicting answers to questions like who will win the Battle of Winterfell, who will die in Game of Thrones 8, what will happen to Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryan, how will the Night King be defeated, will the dragon queen finally take over the throne, and so much more. Fans all around the globe are having discussions and reading/watching GoT content like voracious feeders. Amidst all the madness, a certain spoof video is turning out to be a huge hit among Indian fans. Indians particularly can relate to the video as the video is titled If Game of Thrones were Indian! Yes, we have to thank the super awesome iiSuperwomanii aka the YouTube sensation Lilly Singh for coming up with the video.
We see Lilly recreating some very memorable scenes from the previous seasons of Game of Thrones, albeit giving them an Indian twist. Our personal favourite is the one where Cersei Lannister and Daenerys Targaryen are bargain like Indian aunties over trading of ships! Yes, a very desi Daenerys goes out to buy ships for her fleet, and bargains like a true Indian woman with Cersei. "I come here all the time, I'm a loyal customer", "We go to the other shop" are some lines each Indian will identify with. In another sequence, Cersei even ties a rakhi to brother Jaime and the expressions are nothing less than hilarious. Then there is this one moment when Jon Snow turns Ranveer Singh! Have a dekko...
