While the illogical plot may not appeal to many, there is no denying that Colors Kasam-Tere Pyaar Ki is one of the most loved shows online and amongst the youth. This is despite the change in timing from 10pm to 6.30 pm. The show just completed two years and speculations are it will be revamped in a big way with Ssharad Malhotra aka Rishi and Kratika Sengar aka Tanu being retained for the show. Many members from the old cast will bid adieu to the show and one of them is Zuber K Khan, who plays the adorable Manpreet Singh Bedi, Rishi's younger brother. Speculations about his exit are doing the rounds since a while now. It seems Zuber is looking at opportunities in Bollywood. Clarifying his exit from the show, Zuber K Khan said, “I am exiting Kasam. My contract was expiring and it was mutually decided that, it is time for Manpreet's journey to end. I have two pending films, that I am shooting for currently. The show will soon be taking a leap and I am now open to other opportunities too.”
The bonding between the brothers, Rishi, Manpreet and Yuvraj is one of the highlights of Kasam. People simply adored Ssharad and Zuber's chemistry on the show. The young man is quick to state that he is he will be back to TV once he wraps up his film commitments. He further said, "My experience working with Balaji has been phenomenal, and I would love to work with them again. However, as of now, I am taking a gap from TV for films that I am shooting for. As soon as, I am done shooting for the films, I will be open to doing TV again. But it will lead roles, that I will be looking for now."
We hope that Kasam fans get clarity on the fact that Zuber K Khan did not make an abrupt exit but his contract actually expired with the production house. We wish him the best for his upcoming projects.
