The singer/composer was suffering from cancer and breathed his last today. Here's taking a look at his Bollywood journey
It is a sad day for the music industry as popular singer and composer Aadesh Shrivastava breathed his last today. He had been diagnosed with Cancer and had been put up at the Kokilaben hospital, a few months ago. Reports suggest that Aadesh had been a victim of the deadly disease once before as well and was in a critical condition the second time. The singer passed away today. Here's looking at his Bollywood journey:
Aadesh hailed from a Hindu Kayastha family Jabalpur. He started his career with Kanyadaan, a film made in 1993. However, the venture was never released and Aadesh's missed the chance of being noticed for his composition. The same happened with his next film Jaane Tamanna. The one after that titled Aao Pyaar Karen, was the one that put Aadesh on the map. The singer then went on to work on several other films like Angaarey(1998) Kunwara, Bas Itna Sa Khwaab Hai, etc. Along with composing music, Aadesh also sang for many films. The list includes hit tracks like Gur nalon ishq mitha, Shava shava, Sona Sona etc.
Aadesh's song Mora Piya from Rajneeti(2010) became a super hit. The music composer was also seen as a judge in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005 as well as Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2009.
Aadesh's loss is truly a grave one for the music industry. May his soul rest in peace.
