Shahid Kapoor, who had skipped few promotional events of his upcoming film Batti Gul Meter Chalu, is back to it and how! For those unaware, Shahid's little one Misha Kapoor was suffering from high fever and hence the actor being the responsible father that he is, chose to stay by his daughter's side till she recovers. Few reports suggested that the actor was having sleepless nights owing to his daughter's health. However, now it seems that all is well with Misha and so his daddy cool is back to fulfill his professional commitments.

A while back, Shahid and his Batti Gul Meter Chalu co-star, Shraddha Kapoor were spotted at the Mumbai airport. The two are at their casual best as they headed to Delhi to promote their project. Shahid, who wore a grey T-shirt with coordinated shorts looked uber-cool. Whereas, Shraddha opted for a multicoloured T-shirt with black denims. The actress completed her airport look with a pair of glares and white shoes. Check out their pictures below:

Talking about Misha's health, Shahid Kapoor had shared that for him being a parent is above all else. He had written on his Twitter handle, "The last few days have been tough. Misha running very high fever and Zain just came home. Have had to miss some promotions. Just 9 days to go for Batti Gul meter chalu to release but being a parent is above all else. Hope to resume promotions very soon." Well, we are glad that everything is fine now. Coming back to his next film Batti Gul Meter Chalu is directed by Shree Narayan Singh will release on September 21. The film which revolves around the issue of rising prices of electricity bills, also stars Divyendu Sharma and Yami Gautam.
