Make way for the King of dance.....
Amidst heated controversy and legal tussle, Hrithik Roshan has found solace in dancing and we have proof. The actor collaborated with the first transgender band -- The 6 Pack Band recently and bowled us over!
The song Ae Raju is the 6 Pack Band’s way of taking on the day-to-day negativity they have to face in this society. Hrithik Roshan being totally himself makes his entry as a superhero who saves the day. Shot in a comic book format, the songs has quirky one liners and enough applause worthy moments. Like the time the band sings, “Ghar me jo chota Sallu aaya to item mera hit hogya” or the time Hrithik proudly joins the tribe and shakes leg will make you want to watch this song on loop.
The band has previously collaborated with Arjun Kapoor and Shah Rukh Khan. However this one certainly takes the cake with the desi Greek God’s presence in it. Donning causal white tee with denims and a black jacket, Hrithik looks the daddy of cool in this latest single.
The 6 Pack Band comprises six transgender singers hailing from India’s ‘Hijra’ community. It’s an initiative created and driven by Y-Films, the youth wing of Yash Raj Films, to help further the cause of gender equality in India. The band members like to surprise its viewers by occasionally sharing the screen with one of our fav celebrities.
