There have been rumors doing the rounds for some time now that Ileana D’Cruz has broken up with her alleged boyfriend Andrew Kneebone. A recent post shared by the actress, which read, “You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go and see what happens,” fueled the breakup rumors. However, Ileana was quick to deny it in an interview to Bombay Times, saying that she simply shared the quote as it resonated with her. However, upon being probed further, the actress admitted to life being pretty shi*ty at timed, especially when we depend too much on someone else.
“This is life, and it can be pretty sh*ty.’ Sometimes you depend so much on another person that you forget that there’s one person who will always be there for you and that’s you. I love my mum; I am very close to her. But sometimes I want to handle my sh*t myself rather than call her and bawl. You have to toughen yourself up.”
If that statement wasn’t enough to again got us thinking, Ileana added that she’s “never been on a real date before” and would love for someone to make her feel special, doing things one normally would for their partner.
“I have never been on a real date. It will be fun to go out with someone to a fancy restaurant for a candlelit dinner, be serenaded, then, dropped home…You know, the works. But for now, I’m happy hanging out with my girlfriends, dressing up for myself, telling the girl in the mirror that she looks good and that everything is going to be okay,” she told the same tabloid.
