The Gori Tere Pyaar Mein actor turns 31 today
Born on January 13, 1983, Imran Khan made his Bollywood debut with Abbas Tyrewala’s romantic comedy Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na in 2008. The movie became a blockbuster and Imran earned the ‘chocolate boy’ tag. In fact, the talented actor even won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. Though Imran made a smashing entry in filmi duniya, his next two films – Kidnap and Luck failed miserably at the box office. However, Aamir Khan’s nephew didn’t shy away from experimenting with his films and roles. In 2010, Karan Johar’s I Hate Luv Storys brought Imran back in the race. In the following year, the audience saw Khan in a much bolder avatar in Delhi Belly and the actor was appreciated big time for his hatke performance. While 2013 hasn’t been a good year for Imran professionally, ace astro numerologist Bhavikk Sangghvi says the B-town hunk will taste success in 2014. He predicts, “His performance in his next release Bhavesh Joshi will win him rave reviews and accolades from all quarters. Not only that, even the film will do decent business”.
Personally we all know this year will be great for Avantika Malik’s hubby dearest. After all, Imran and his wifey are expecting their first baby. “As far as fatherhood is concerned, his wife Avantika will deliver a healthy baby and that will bring him tremendous joy (chances are that it will most probably be a boy)” adds Sangghvi.
So here’s wishing the father-to-be a very happy birthday. We hope 2014 brings him loads of success, fame and love!
