India's Next Top Model has witnessed its end and the series has been won by the 18 year-old-beauty Danielle Canute! Hailing from Mumbai, the contestant was the youngest won in the show and was declared as the winner in the season finale held tonight on MTV.
Danielle competed with Gloria Tep and Rushali Raj at the end, and beat the two, to be termed as 'India's Next Top Model.' While speaking to a portal, Danielle said," "The journey was a roller coaster for me. I had never modelled before the show. I never thought I would make it to the first round, so for me winning the competition is a dream come true."
The beauty studied in St Xavier's College Mumbai, and took time to open up in the show and was reserved in the beginning. Speaking about her experience in the show, Danielle told the portal," I understood that there is no point racking my brain out and thinking too much about the posing. It should come naturally and I realised that eventually. I learnt a lot about modelling and thanks to this show I know now that I love it and I am going to pursue it very seriously."
When asked who her biggest competition was in the show, the beauty was quick to respond, saying,"It has to be Gloria. But I am going to miss her a lot as she was my room mate and she really behaved like my mother and took care of me."
As the winner of the show, Danielle has received a spread in a prestigious magazine, a one year contract with a talent management company and will also be seen as the face of a beauty product, online this year.
BollywoodLife congratulates Danielle and wishes her good luck for the future!
