The teaser was out today since it is the actor's birthday

It was a great day for Vikram fans as the actor turned 50 very recently. Other than the huge outpouring of wishes on social media sites, the Iru Mugan team also decided to give a very special treat for the fans. The teaser of the super mysterious science fiction thriller Iru Mugan is finally out and it looks nothing less than a Hollywood film. A sense of foreboding and anticipation is present throughout the teaser. A good part of the film is based in Malaysia, as is evident by the flag waving at the beginning. Then we finally see Chiyaan Vikram in a brutal fighting pit. He sports a full scruffy beard with long hair and looks really gritty. There is plenty of action afterwards as we see Vikram taking down several guards. Also, there are glimpses of men in army gear with guns drawn and cars getting flipped over. We also catch glimpses of Nayanthara and Nithya Menen, who is sporting a bob cut in a shocking shade of pink. But the mystery element is revealed in two places, where we get to see close up of Vikram and Nayanthara's eyes, which are completely black. There is definitely something significant about that. Other than all this, the final ten seconds of the teaser are enough to give you goosebumps. It shows a lab scene where someone is working on some really sinister looking chemicals wearing a gas mask. Overall, the teaser has almost confirmed what we had suspected in the first look, that it will involve chemical warfare. Also, the entire Hollywood style treatment of the teaser will make you proud as a fan of Vikram and Tamil cinema.
