Ranbir Kapoor had completely distanced himself from the promotions of Arjun Rampal and Jacqueline Fernandes starrer Roy. The Jagga Jasoos actor insisted that he only had a cameo in the film and was upset that the film was being piggybacked on him. However, the actor decided to finally make an appearance at the film's promotional event in Delhi and surprise us!
RK Jr matched with his Roy team, he sported black denims, t-shirt an leather jacket. Accompanying him on stage were Jacqueline, Arjun, debutante director Vikramjit Singh and Bhushan Kumar from T-Series.
Roy was stuck amidst controversies with Ranbir shying away from associating with the project. Th confusion about who the real hero of the film was also seemed to affect the film's marketing and promotions. There were also rumours suggesting closeness between the lead actors. And with the film releasing a day prior to the ICC World Cup 2015, cynics think it might just suffer from cricket fever.
