John Abraham and Shruti Haasan are all set to dazzle us with Rocky Handsome which is going to be an action thriller. Directed by Nishikant Kamat, this film is all set to capitalise on the Holi weekend. This is John and Nishikant's second collaboration after Force. John has really worked hard on the film for the, “never been seen hand to hand action sequences” and has four music sequences. Overall, the film seems to be an out-an-out masala pot-boiler and we just can't wait to watch it.
John is also co-producing the film with Sunil Kheterpal. He said, "We along with the direction team saw the final edit of the film this week and were bowled over with the final output. This action film has a strong emotional backbone surmised in the relationship between the protagonist and a seven year old girl. We have been brainstorming on the right release window and the long weekend of Holi-Good Friday in March just felt apt. A special film needs a special date and this date shall help optimal showcasing for the film."
This has definitely got us interested and we can't wait to watch John flex his muscles for this one. John's last movie was Welcome Back where he essayed the role of a sauve gangster. He was joined by Nana Patekar and Anil Kapoor in the laugh riot and was able to impress audience with his funny antics!
