The Tollywood star collaborates with the Sandalwood star for a film
Usually all the four South Indian film industries stick to their own. But once in awhile, they come together and create a sensation. Something similar has happened here too.
The Young Rebel Tiger Jr NTR just sang an amazing song for a film starring the Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar. This number is called Geleya Geleya and it is composed by veteran music director SS Thaman. The Nannaku Prematho actor is just perfect as he sings in a high pitched voice, growls with passion and energy and even raps a little towards the end. SS Thaman keeps the score peppy, with simple beats so that the focus is on the singer's voice.
The song is truly a very energetic and inspirational song that is meant to motivate the listeners. Geleya actually means friend in Kannada, so Jr NTR basically addresses the listeners as his friend and says very encouraging things that will make them face up to challenges bravely. The Janatha Garage star's awesome voice, along with even more awesome lyrics by Chandan Shetty makes Geleya Geleya a song that can break the internet.
While the fact that Jr NTR can sing so well might be surprise for some, it is known by others that the actor is a complete package of singing, dancing and acting. The Tollywood actor has sung many songs for his own films in Telugu, however, this will be his first stint as a singer in Sandalwood.
Fans of both the actors were delighted with this team up and can't get enough of it. We certainly hope that many more collaborations like these keep happening.
