The entire film will be reportedly shot in US
After playing a dacoit in Revolver Rani, Kangana Ranaut is all set to essay the role of a bank robber in Hansal Mehta's next film titled Simran. The film is reportedly based on an Indian-origin nurse who was called as the Bombshell Bandit after robberies in US last year.
While talking about Mehta's next film, a source was quoted saying, "The film is based on Sandeep Kaur, who pulled off a series of heists in three American states. It will be shot entirely in the US and will go on the floors in October. As Kangana is currently busy with other projects, Hansal will make an announcement just before the film takes off. This time, they want to remain guarded as the Sarabjit biopic did not work out for them."
Apart from this film, the Tanu Weds Manu Returns actress will soon begin work on Vishal Bhardwaj's Rangoon which also stars Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in key roles. This film too will reportedly go on floors from October and the cast and crew will begin shooting in Ziro valley in Arunachal Pradesh.
