We have heard about how firecracker sellers name their pyrotechnic creations over Bollywood stars. A month back, we read the story of how doctors in Andhra Pradesh's Guntur performed brain surgery on a woman as they made her watch Baahubali 2 to keep her mind calm. Films and stars make a presence in the most unthinkable of places and this Eid - al- Adha, it is in the goat market of Manimajra near Chandigarh. Well, vendors have named their star goats over stars and we wonder what our hunks must be feeling about it. As per a report in Indian Express, Baahubali, Salman, Karan and Arjun are the hunkiest of the lost and may command as much as Rs one lakh before they become the star of someone's feast.
As per the Indian Express report, a huge goat market has been set up in Manimajra near Chandigarh. However, the sales are slow and profit margins low. It seems Baahubali, which is a star goat from Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr was expected to sell for over Rs 45,000 but it did not find any takers. Like the beefy personality of the film's leading protagonist, this animal was too a big one as it had been fed one litre of milk and five kilos of grass on a daily basis. Talking of sales, a seller from Punjab's Malerkotla fared better as he sold his two goats, Karan-Arjun for Rs 56,000. It seemed he named them so as they were of the same age and looked alike. There is a huge star goat named Salman as well. It is expected to fetch a huge opening price but the figures are not out as yet.
Incidentally, Prabhas loves mutton and would indulge in it during his cheat days of Baahubali shoot. Stay tuned to BL for more scoop and updates!
