Karan Johar is all set to launch Telugu star Vijay Deverakonda in Bollywood with his production venture Liger. The filmmaker time and again as showed his love for South cinema. He also presented the Hindi version of the Baahubali franchise, and a few months ago, hosted a grand event for SS Rajamouli’s RRR. Now, recently, Karan took to Twitter to praise the trailer of Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi starrer Virata Parvam, and the filmmaker revealed that he is a big fan of the latter. Karan Johar tweeted, “This looks fantastic Rana!!!! Can’t wait to see it! Intense Raw and Rivetting!!! You are superb! Well, fans of Sai are now wondering whether she will soon be seen in a Hindi or a pan-India film. A fan tweeted, “I don't think Sai appearing in pan India and Hindi films looks far away now.”
Talking about Virata Parvam, the movie is slated to release on 17th June 2022. It was delayed multiple times due to the pandemic. There were even reports that the film might get an OTT release, but the makers had denied it, and now, it’s all set for theatrical release.
Apart from Virata Parvam, Sai will be seen in the Tamil film Gargi. On her birthday last month, the actress had made an official announcement about it. She had posted, “I waited months to talk about this film, And finally!!! my birthday is when the stubborn team decided to give in and release this Presenting to you, GARGI, @gautham_chandran ’s brain child! @akhilragk, a special mention for what you’ve done with this video.”
