Filmy Friday: As Love Aaj Kal releases today, let's look at the box office performances of Bollywood's erstwhile Valentine's Day releases
Putting all Love Aaj Kal 2 speculations to an end, Kartik Aaryan has now confirmed that he and Sara Ali Khan are indeed doing a movie with Imtiaz Ali on the director’s seat. The actor, who recently hosted the Zee Cine Awards 2019, took to Instagram and shared a beautiful, intimate photo of himself and Sara announcing their new movie. His confirmation comes after a slew of photos and videos featuring the duo kissing, riding on the streets of New Delhi and more hit the internet. All this while, their movie was deemed as Love Aaj Kal 2. However, Kartik has now confirmed that the movie is yet to be titled.
He shared the post with the caption, “Honored to embark on a journey with #ImtiazAli’s next, the yet untitled film with @saraalikhan95 and @randeephooda releasing on 14th Feb, 2020 ❤️” He added, “Aur ji haan, issi film ki shooting chalu hai.”

BollywoodLife had previously quizzed Kartik about the leaked pictures with Sara. The actor told us, "I'm doing Imtiaz sir’s next and the producers Window Seat films will be able to elaborate about it! And talking about that video… was that really Sara and me? (Laughs)."
Fans would recall photos of the duo from a filming set went viral. The two stars seemed like they were in between a shot when the photos were clicked. Over the weekend, a video showing the two riding on the streets of Delhi also made its way to the internet. Take a look:

Before Kartik confirmed the project, Kareena Kapoor Khan appeared on Koffee With Karan 6 and confirmed that the duo are doing a movie together. Kartik was last seen in Luka Chuppi with Kriti Sanon. Whereas Sara was last seen in Simmba, opposite Ranveer Singh. The two made the headlines when Sara came on Koffee With Karan 6 and confessed she had a crush on Kartik.
