Cricket is a very important recreation in India. Our batsmen are the only people who we like to talk about for hours citing statistics and reports after Bollywood actors. In fact, at times they take over the stars, they are that important to us. Hence, there is this urge to add different flavour to India's favourite sport and so you have Celebrity Cricket League that's a perfect mix of Bollywood and cricket. The teams are divided on the basis of region similar to IPL and everyone takes a lot of interest in them. Stars play cricket...doesnt it sound amazing? Well, this edition of the league kickstarted in Bangalore today and we have some pictures for you.
People who were present at the inaugural match between Mumbai Heroes and Punjab De Sher's are Riteish Desmukh, Bobby Deol, Sonu Sood, Preity Zinta, Sooraj Pancholi, Sunny Nijar, Omkar Kapoor, Sohail Khan, Sudeep and many more. The matches will be on for a few days now and it will be a thrilling one. Everybody has prepared pretty well for the play and we are waiting to see who takes the trophy eventually in this season. As the season proceeds, we will know who is a strong team now.
