Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi starts with Soha telling Asha about Dev's(Shaheer Sheikh) radio interview and asking her with family to listen to it. Ishwari(Supriya Pilgaonkar) and Radha Rani join Soha to listen to the radio interview. Sona(Erica Fernanades) informs Saurabh that they are doing good work and their clients are very impressed. Dev reaches the radio station with Shubh and the RJ with the other people there are quite impressed by Dev handling Shubh. Dev talks about his experiences and RJ thanks him. Later RJ leaves Dev in the studio so he can change Shubh's nappy. Dev checks on Shubh but finds him ok. Later Shubh pushes some buttons and Dev accidentally goes online. He chances to talk to a father who misses his his child. Dev is left thoughtful. Nikki's friends tell her that her brother is online. Dev talks about paternity leave and says that it should be made available. He says that he would make the initiative and give his employees the paternity leave as well. The real RJ comes and runs to stop Dev but the others stop him as Dev seems to be handling it really well.
Dev requests all Boss's to make paternity leave available for dads. Nikki's friends ask her to introduce them to Dev. Dev answers some questions where some home-dads speak about getting discouragements from the society. Dev asks all the dads to support their wives and promote equality in the society in the real sense of it. Vicky who hears it is left thoughtful and Sona feels very proud. Soha feels proud of her dad. Ronita feels happy that Saurabh can now carry Shonita to office. Saurabh feels worried about Ronita high expectations. Nikki is left overwhelmed and feels proud to have a brother so special. Elena is trying to tackle Golu and she gets a call. Vicky surprises her when he says he will handle Golu and asks her to have lunch. The family watches TV and the news is all about Dev. Ishwari feels proud to have brought up such a son. Dev walks in and offers to make pakoras for everyone. The family is surprised that Dev is not even aware of his popularity. Mamaji says he is very proud and Sona says that she feels Dev should go on and not stop now. Ishwari says that Dev is a father but not less than a mother.
