So Abbas had to change Sasha's training a bit and his diet. But what is the secret to Shahid Kapoor's sexy look?
Celebrity fitness trainer, Abbas Ali mentions, "A good workout with a balanced diet is what you need. You will be surprised to know that Shahid's diet consists of a very normal course of food. He eats two chappatis with vegetables, rice, dal and dahi. But being a vegetarian, his diet lacks class A proteins. So we give him 4 servings of proteins so that his body gets the proper nutrition. For Shaandaar, to get the rich glow I added some dry fruits and a few other things to his diet too. His workout is also not so different from what we do at home, it's just the intensity that varies."
