Earlier, from Amitabh Bachchan to Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone to Salman Khan, Anushka Sharma, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Tiger Shroff, almost the entire Bollywood fulfilled their duty as a responsible citizen of India by casting their vote in the fourth phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2019. On April 29, which was the election day in Mumbai, we saw celebrities exercising their right to vote and urging their fans to go do their bit. Even star parents like Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan stepped out with their kids AbRam and Taimur respectively to cast their vote.
While that was that, today, voting has begun in 59 constituencies today as the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha elections 2019 have commenced. And stars like Sidharth Malhotra and Taapsee Pannu went back to Delhi to make themselves heard in the nation-building process. They even took to Instagram and shared their inked selfies. Sidharth wrote, "Took a quick break and came to Delhi for this. I've done my bit, it's time you do yours! #VoteForIndia. This is the most important work that you would do today. #DelhiVoteKar ??
Even Taapsee posted a picture with her mother after voting and wrote, "Me and my maa for ‘Bharat Maa’

Swara Bhasker made her way to her home-town and marched ahead with her family to do the needful. Her caption read, "I voted for #India Hope you are voting too! #Delhi #LokSabhaElections2019"
Not just actors, even Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli took to Instagram and gave a urged people to go vote.
The exercise is being held across Bihar, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Delhi today.
On the work front, Sidharth recently completed the shoot of Marjaavan and Jabariya Jodi. He will be doing a full-on Bollywood masala entertainer with Marjaavan. Apart from Sidharth, the film also stars Rakul Preet Singh, Tara Sutaria and Ritesh Deshmukh. The film will be helmed by Milap Zaveri and is said to release on October 2 this year. With Jabariya Jodi, Sidharth will be paired opposite his Hasee Toh Phasee co-star Parineeti Chopra. The film also stars Sanjay Mishra, Aparshakti Khurrana and Javed Jaffrey. Jabariya Jodi is said to hit the screens on July 12 this year.
Meanwhile Taapsee Twill be seen alongside Bhumi Pednekar in Saand Ki Aankh which is based on two octogenarian sharpshooters Chandro, 87, and Prakashi, 82. It marks the directorial debut of Tushar Hiranandani. Saand Ki Aankh is produced under the banners of Reliance Entertainment along with Anurag Kashyap and Nidhi Parmar of Chalk n Cheese Films.
