As Indian captain MS Dhoni prepares to take our team to the International T20 World Cup, his story is set to be told. We all know a film based on his life, M.S. Dhoni - The Untold Story, is being made and Sushant Singh Rajput revealed to us the teaser poster of the film today. And we have to say it absolutely fabulous.
We see a young Dhoni with his famous long locks, played by Sushant Singh Rajput, on a railway station bench looking at the train in anticipation for a change. If you remember, the Indian team's cricket captain started as a Train Ticket Examiner (TTE) at Kharagpur Station before entering the Indian cricket team. The teaser poster also shows Sushant as the TTE and it is absolutely amazing to see the actor looking so similar to the cricketer.
We guess this will be the start of his story, from a TTE to the top cricketer of India. How his life changed, the people involved in his life, the iconic World Cup victory, IPL, the controversy and much more will be shown in the film. M.S. Dhoni - The Untold Story, also stars Kiara Advani, Disha Patani and Anupam Kher and is all set to release on September 2. Kiara is set to play Dhoni's wife Sakshi. The film was earlier set to release in October, but it was preponed. The film is directed by Neeraj Pandey. Check out the teaser poster below:
