Rajkummar Rao and Mouni Roy are going places! On one hand where Rajkummar has proved that he is one of the most bankable stars of this generation, on the other Mouni is signing one Bollywood project after another and showcasing her talent. When the two stars are already doing wonders individually, imagine what they would do when they come together. Well, we don’t have to imagine too hard because the two talented stars are coming together for Made In China and we have the first look!
The Stree actor took to Instagram and shared the poster of the movie with his fans. The actor sports a mustache while Mouni looks elegant in a green saree. The poster introduces Raghu and Rukmini in the first look.
Rajkummar plays a struggling Gujarati businessman who is on a journey to China with the aim to expand his business. The rib-tickling journey and lessons he learns on the way helps Raghu become a successful entrepreneur.

Previous reports on the project revealed that the movie is going to be shot in China (duh, the title!) while parts of it will be shot in Ahmedabad. The film is directed by Mikhil Musale. The acclaimed filmmaker won a National Award “Wrong Side Raju” in 2016. The film was scheduled to start filming in September.
It has been a special year for Rajkummar as his recent flick Stree, opposite Shraddha Kapoor, has entered the Rs 100-crore club. Meanwhile, Mouni also has several reasons to celebrate. The actress delivered a memorable performance in Gold and will soon be seen in Brahmastra, which features Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead.
Made In China is set for an Independence Day release in 2019.
