He is fit, healthy and prefers to maintain the lean look, but ask him to enter the gym and Manish will pull a face
We caught up with Manish Raisinghan to find out the secrets of his fit look, carved muscles and never ending stamina. The Sasural Simar Ka actor claims that it has barely been two months since he got back to working out.
Manish claims that more than spending time in the gym, he enjoys martial arts and is currently learning parkour. “I like doing martial arts ‘coz it tests my flexibility. I have just started training in parkour. So far, I can do a back flip, run up a wall and jump.” Most people find it difficult to get up in the morning and train every day. The actor said, “I do not necessarily exercise in the morning. I workout when I get time; it’s mostly after shoots. And since I get bored easily, my trainer Jatin makes workouts interesting but including both outdoor and indoor sequences.” Manish flips huge tyres to work out his upper body and thighs. He uses heavy hammers to tone his muscles and biceps. “On an average I can easily do about 200 crunches. It’s the perfect exercise for the abs.”
While Manish works out as regularly as he can, he believes more than working out, to look good it’s important for one to feel good. “To look good, I believe feeling good and healthy is more important. If you feel you are sexy then nothing else matters.” The actor claims that he cannot follow a diet. “Diet plan is based on the lifestyle of a person. Ideally, I am supposed to consume a lot of proteins and have low carb food, but I eat everything under the sun. Luckily my body doesn't put on weight that easily.”
Well diet or no diet, the actor clearly knows how to look hot and keep the women drooling.
