Synopsis: The film is based on the fictional detective Byomkesh Bakshi created by the Bengali writer Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay. That's all that is known about the film so far.

Why should you watch: It is the beauty of Dibakar Banerjee's promotions and a super loyal crew that he hasn't let anything out from the film's story line. The plot has been kept a secret, so much so that even an ardent Byomkesh fan wouldn't be able to tell you as to from which story (out of the 32) this one has been adapted. That along with some superb actors like Anand Tiwari, Swastika Mukherjee and Sushant Singh Rajput, this film is definitely a must watch. Also it's a Dibakar Banerjee directorial, so has to be something that's way different from the rest of the films released this season.
