Mubarakan is doing the unthinkable at the box office. Very rarely has a movie seen 100 percent increase in collections from the first day to the third day and Mubarakan made that happen. Revealing the first weekend figures of the film, Taran Adarsh writes on Twitter, "#Mubarakan Fri 5.16 cr, Sat 7.38 cr, Sun 10.37 cr. Total: ₹ 22.91 cr. India biz... Growth on Sun [vis-à-vis Fri]: 100.97%." This is simply spectacular for any film. Clearly, the humour has been immensely liked by the masses which was one of its biggest USPs. Happy faces outsides the theatres are a proof that Mubrakan has managed to become everyone's favourite this weekend.

Explaining further how it is a great trend at the box office, Adarsh wrote further, "#Mubarakan biz doubled on Sun, from the low starting point [Fri]... Plexes and single screens, both contributed handsomely on Sun... #Mubarakan has to maintain the speed from Mon-Thu... Consistent biz on weekdays would ensure a good Week 1 total... " With the way the film is earning, posting a good first week total will be a cakewalk for the film because it's been long since we got a great comedy film at the box office. As far as we remember, it was Housefull 3 which entertained the audience in a similar way last year. Check out the figures right here...
We shared with you the public review of the film where everyone just loved it. People have raved Arjun Kapoor's comic timing and his camaraderie with Anil Kapoor. That doesn't surprise us at all because both the Chacha Bhatija has an innate sense of comedy and this film definitely benefited from that.
It remains to be seen how much the film will earn on the weekdays which will determine its lifetime collection.
