The posters of OK Jaanu are really refreshing with an adorable chemistry between Shraddha and Aditya on display. More than calling it romantic, it has this playful vibe say whether it's with Shraddha not letting Aditya kiss her or biting his ear in the very next still. We agree the makers have tried to recreate a lot of moments from Dulquer and Nithya's OK Kanmani but we love OK Jaanu has exploited Shraddha and Aditya's chemistry to the fullest. Don't you think so?
Bollywood celebs caught a special screening of OK Jaanu last night and are pretty impressed with how Shaad Ali has remade the original film. Here check out the tweets:
The trailer of OK Jaanu though pretty much revealed the storyline, it was good to see ex lovers Aditya and Shraddha back onscreen after the success of Aashiqui 2. The jodi's sizzling chemistry was enough to make us long for the film to hit the screens. Especially the dialogues and the flirtatious chemistry between Adi and Shraddha...
Shraddha and Aditya team up for the second time for Shaad Ali's remake of Mani Ratnam's hit film OK Kanmani. The couple's last outing together on screen, Ek Villain was a hit. Trade too seems positive about OK Jaanu that will release in 1400 screens across India. The film however will face stiff competition from Deepika Padukone's Hollywood debut opposite Vin Diesel, xXX: Return Of Xander Cage. Both Shraddha and Aditya have not had a great year at the box office last year. While Shraddha's Rock On 2 opposite Farhan Akhtar turned out to be a dud, Aditya's Fitoor with Katrina Kaif was a disaster. And even though there's a Hollywood film to compete with, OK Jaanu will have two weekends to seal its fate before Shah Rukh Khan's Raees and Hrithik Roshan's Kaabil come and conquer.
OK Jaanu has music composed by AR Rahman again, who uses a few tunes from the original, however this time the lyrics have been penned by the legendary Gulzar. Then there is also the reworked Humma Humma song that has caught the eye of controversy, where many felt the remix was quite unnecessary. But overall with a beautiful line up of songs like Enna Sona, Jee Lein, Kara Fankara, Saajan Ayo Re, Sun Bhavra, among others, OK Jaanu music is winning the internet like there's no tomorrow.
