A galaxy of Bollywood stars added glamour to this year's edition of Safai Mahotsav. Hrithik Roshan, Parineeti Chopra and Jacqueline Fernandez were a few who performed at this event, which held in Safai, the ancestral village of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav.
And guess what? Jacqueline charged a whopping Rs 75 lakh for her three-minute act on the closing day of the festival Yes, you read that right!
"The Mahotsav attracts ministers, top notch officers, corporate honchos and the glitterati. All film stars who perform there charge a lot of money. The big surprise this year was Jacqueline being paid Rs 75 lakh for a three-minute act," a source was quoted by a tabloid. Interesting, isn't it?
If you will remember, last year Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit performed at Safai Mahotsvav.
