When it comes to SS Rajamouli's Baahubali 2, there is no end to the records it has created. After raking in Rs 100 crore in one day to becoming the highest grossed movie in Hindi, and then becoming the biggest blockbuster of this year, the film can boast of yet another achievement. The Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) has shared the the TRPs and impression of week 41, that's when Baahubali 2 has premiered on Television. According to the data, the film managed to garner a whopping 17.6 (17, 671,000) million impression in urban areas and a record breaking 8.3 (83, 83,000) million views in rural area. The movie's premiere in Hindi has garnered 26.05 million views in total! The movie has left behind Salman Khan's Tubelight (10,261,000) and Akshay Kumar's Toilet: Ek Prem Katha (10,925,000) to become the most view premiere on Television! It's really surprising the film adds another feather to its already crowded cap. The movie with its cinematic visuals and invisible box office numbers has set high standards for future films across industries. Cinema can be easily divided into a time before Baahubali and after.
Bahaubali2; The Conclusion is the sequel of the magnum opus directed by SS Rajamouli. The film stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan and Sathyaraj. The movie released worldwide on April 28th, 2017. The movie went on to become the most talked about films in the next three months. The movie was praised for its novel concept, grandeur visuals, powerful characters and its stellar direction. To add to it, it dethroned several Bollywood films as well to become the highest grossing film in Hindi which happens to be its dubbed version.
