For the last four years, Prabhas has been shooting for one film - Baahubali. So, it feels weird to know, Prabhas' FIRST non-Baahubali film finally went on floors today. This is the actor's 19th film. “He plays a duty-fearing cop. He will lose muscle and look leaner for his role in the film. He has already started working out to look his part." From the towering Baahubali to nwo the lean cop, we will be seeing Prabhas in a whole new avatar. The film is reportedly made on a budget of Rs 150 crore. Shankar Ehsaan Loy will be composing the music ofr this film. It will release in tamil, Telugu and Hindi. The Prabhas 19 team held a pooja today. Krishnam Raju, a reported Rebel star gave his first clap for this young Rebel star. The rest of the cats and crew is yet to be finalised.
In other news, we will soon see him Baahubali Part 2. This time, the historical drama will explore Amarendra - Devasena's love story and will finally answer the question - Why Did Katappa kill Bahauabli? The sequel is set to be a grand visual treat in terms of architecture and war sequences. So far, the team has released three posters - while the first two have been a disappointment, the third one has been criticised for its glaring errors. Hoping the trailer more than makes up for it. The movie also stars Rana Daggubati, Anushka Sharma and Tamannaah Bhatia. Currently 33 VFX studios are at work trying to meet the 28th April deadline. Like the first part, this movie too will release originally in Telugu and be dubbed in Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi. Will Baahubali 2 break Bahubali's records? Come April, we will know!
Meanwhile, how excited are you about Prabhas' first non-Baahubali film? After baahubali, this is already one of the most talked about projects.
