Priyanka Chopra who is kind of ruling the international TV scene, with the hit ABC thriller Quantico. She recently won the Favourite Dramatic Actress Award at the People's Choice Awards 2017. She is gearing up for the release of her film debut in Hollywood with Baywatch. She plays the antagonist amongst the cast led by Zac Efron and Dwayne Johnson. And in the new poster she makes a sizzling announcement that 'Summer is Coming'. A series of new posters, featuring the lead cast have been released announcing the arrival of summer. Well, for a movie promising to be super hot, the poster are quite cold.

The tagline is clearly a take on Game of Thrones. The popular TV show, for a long time, ran with the tag line "Winter Is Coming", and it gained so much popularity that it became symbolic to the show. Now we gotta see, if Baywatch's Summer is Coming lives up to the aura of "Winter is Coming".
There was quite an outrage caused when only one shot of Priyanka appeared in the first trailer of Baywatch. Talking about it Priyanka's mother Madhu Chopra had said in an interview, "They don't want to give out the best part of the film and Priyanka is the best part of the film. It's a publicity plan that they had for the trailer. Priyanka is the main antagonist and she has a fabulous role in it." And the second trailer quite supported the same notion. There was more of Priyanka Chopra in her badass avatar, giving the life guards of Baywatch a tough time.
Baywatch opens in theaters on May 26, 2017. Along With Zac, Dwayne and Priyanka the action-comedy stars Alexandra Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach, Jon Bass, Ilfenesh Hadera, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II in key roles. Also iconic stars from Baywatch TV series, David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson, make a cameo appearance in the movie. Now, we have to wait for Summer to see if the Seth Gordon film is worth all the hype.
