Apparently, Vijay's previous release is causing troubles for Puli
Vijay's fans woke up to rude shock today when reports suggested that Puli has run into a legal trouble.
A filmmaker, Anbu Rajashekar, had filed a petition on Thanjavur court to stay the release of Puli. The filmmaker had filed plagiarism charges on Vijay's Kaththi, and since that case is far from being resolved, the petitioner now wants to stall Puli's release until he gets compensation from Kaththi makers. Responding to this bizarre case, Puli producer Shibu Thameens said,"There are so many people who come to make movies by spending their hard-earned money. And elements like this put their hard work into jeopardy. Filing cases for no valid reason is something that must be condemned. Heavy investments are made in a film so as to make it worthy of the audience's appreciation and applause."
"We will definitely take appropriate legal action against the case filed against Puli", added the producer, claiming that the petitioner is just trying to attain fame. Looks like Vijay's Puli will bail out of this trouble soon.
