Ranveer, ladies and gentlemen, has never said and not meant it. The actor who is also known as a live wire and a powerhouse performer is also a man of his words. That and too easy on the eyes with the jawline of a chiseled Greek God. What? Have you not seen his latest Vogue India cover and the arresting gaze that doesn't need weapons? If you have (your losss), know that he raised temperatures. Like that wasn't enough he was framed along with Portuguese model Sara Sampaio who also happens to be one of the favourite angels of Victoria's Secret.
And while the cover was eye-grabbing enough another still from the shoot has emerged and it has filled us with pride. Why? Because Ranveer who has always gone the distance to voice his opinion on social causes in his own, unique way has done it again. He has cheered for the dilution of article 377 of the Indian Penal Code which decriminalised homosexuality in the flashiest way possible. See for yourself.
A source close to the production of this cover said, “Ranveer is seen saluting this landmark judgement. He is sporting the pride colours and wearing a T-shirt that reads ‘All I Want is Love’. Sara has also joined Ranveer in cheering the verdict that was hugely lauded by India and the world as a progressive step towards ensuring equality." Now, honestly, what's not to cheer about?
