Well, not as a superhero, but as a naval officer
Rana Daggubati is a man who takes his job very seriously. Be it doing simple roles in movies like Bangalore Naatkal or doing major roles in movies like Baahubali, Rana is a true professional in every sense of the word. Sometimes preparing for the role requires the actor to spend hours in the gym, but other times it can be doing dangerous and unpleasant stunts. Here is one such experience which only a dedicated actor like him can pull off.
Rana Daggubati just shot for an exciting underwater scene for his upcoming war film, Ghazi. The handsome hunk posted a picture of himself in his official Twitter handle in diving gear. Apparently the Baahubali star had to undergo a dangerous diving sequence, and that too in the middle of the night when the water temperature plummets down. This diving sequence will be an essential part of the film.
Ghazi is truly going to be a one of a kind flick which will involve underwater warfare. In fact, it will be the first movie in the entire country, which will have such a unique theme. The story of the movie is actually based on the real life incidents during the Indo-Pak wars in the 1971, which led to disappearance of the Pakistani submarine, PNS Ghazi under mysterious circumstances.
Rana's role is that of an executive naval officer of the Indian submarine S21. Actress Taapsee Pannu of Aadukalam fame will be playing the female lead in the movie.
