Producer Sajid Nadiadwala is apparently not happy with some scenes and wants to re-shoot them in India
Imitiaz Ali’s Tamasha is one of the highly awaited films of this year for more than one reason. We will be treated to Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone’s crackling chemistry for the third time now, after their successful Bachna Ae Haseeno and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Will they be third time lucky with Tamasha? Well, that only time will tell.
One thing is for sure, that grapevine is buzzing with news about Tamasha as shoot wrapped up earlier this month. But as reported by a leading film magazine, produce Sajid Nadaidwala is apparently not very happy with bits shot with the leading pair Deepika and Ranbir in the exotic Corsica, France and is planning to re-shoot the particular scenes again, only this time in India!
As a producer, it is always tricky to maintain a fine balance between the production cost and quality. It is therefore a setback for the producer if there is wastage in terms of cost and time. Therefore producer Sajid Nadiadwala wants to re-do some scenes in the homeland to save cost. If this goss is indeed true, it would be interesting to see if the re-shot portions in India would have the desired effect with the overall appeal of the film.
The first trailer of the film will be out either on 21st or 22nd of Spetember.
