Ranveer Singh has a chock-a-block schedule. The actor is so busy that he had to let go of the oppurtunity to dub the Hindi version of Ryan Reynold's Deadpool 2. Yep! According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Ranveer was approached to mouth the Hindi dialogues for the David Leitch directorial. Even Ranveer knew that this is a golden opportunity for him, but still he had to pass as he is extremely busy shooting for Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy in which he plays a street rapper.
“Ranveer was extremely keen but he just couldn’t make time in his Gully Boy schedule as he is shooting at night every day,” a source was quoted by the tabloid. Damn, this would have been really interesting, no? Talking about Deadpool and Ranveer, don't you think he will be the perfect choice if there is a Hindi remake of the film? I mean, going by Ranveer's mannerisms and quirks, he would be an ideal choice to play the desi Deadpool. We know this is too far fetched, but there is nothing wrong in just hoping, right? Coming to Ranveer's work, the actor has Rohit Shetty's Simmba, which is an unofficial remake of Jr NTR's Temper. It was announced today that Sara Ali Khan will be the leading lady of this film, which will be directed by Rohit Shetty. And then he has Kabir Khan's 83, which is a biopic on the legendary Indian cricketer, Kapil Dev. Ranveer's last film, Padmaavat crossed the Rs 300 crore mark at the domestic box office, thereby giving Ranveer his first Rs 300 crore film. The movie was directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and also starred Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor.
