The death of Sushant Singh Rajput has been one of the biggest tragedies for Bollywood. A hugely talented artiste left us at 34. It is heartbreaking even when we think for a moment about the talent and intellectual he was. On June 14 2020, he was found hanging at his Bandra residence. Three people were present at his residence on the date, his friend Siddharth Pithani, servant Dipesh Sawant and cook Neeraj. Chats have surfaced from dates close to June 2020 and none of them suggest that he was suffering from depression. However, Rhea Chakraborty has said that he was being treated by doctor, Kersi Chavda who apparently told Mumbai Police that he had hyper anxiety, acute depression and existential crisis.
There had been a call for a CBI Enquiry in the matter for two months now. Now, the top agency of India is investigating the matter. People like Gaurav Arya and Suved Lohia have also been called for their close links to the drug cartel. His sister, Shweta Singh Kirti has shared a video where we can see a truck that his visuals on it. The demand is the same, justice for the late actor. Fans from all over the globe have asked for justice for him. The circumstances around his death sound rather murky and people want to know what went so wrong in the past one year.
Yesterday, her husband Vishal Kirti wrote a blog defending the family. He said that talks of late Sushant Singh Rajput's father abandoning his son are totally false. He said his father-in-law moved to Delhi as the actor was doing his high school from Kulachi Hansraj Model School from the capital. He said this was the reason why he lived separately from his wife for a while. Vishal Kirti wrote, "The real story is that my father-in-law went to Delhi to live with Sushant and Priyanka Di while Sushant was attending a high school in Delhi and Priyanka Di was in college. To me, this is a sign of a father dedicated to his children’s education. My wife was attending high school in the best school in Patna and my late mother-in-law stayed back in Patna so that my wife could finish her schooling. All I can see is middle class parents making sacrifices to expose their children to the best opportunities and as a matter of fact Sushant’s father was living with him and supporting him. Why is she cooking up stories about father abandoning his son?"
