Looks like team Salman Khan has decided to take on the Sessions Court judgement with full might!
Salman Khan 2002 hit and run case is turning out to be no short of a Bollywood thriller! Salman's lawyer's are busy rubbishing all of the prosecutions claims made at the Sessions Court and even allege that the prosecution's timeline does not match with the witnesses' and the actual incident. That's not all according Salman Khan's lawyer Amit Desai, the actor's car wasn't speeding at 90km/hr as claimed by the prosecution. In the actor's defense the Desai has also raised objection to the number of people traveling with Salman Khan on September 28, 2002.

That's not all, Desai has also questioned why police constable Ravindra Patil, who was a key witness in the case had claimed in one of the interviews that Altaf was the driver of the Toyota Land Cruiser owned by the actor. Which means that as alleged by Ashok Singh he was not on the steering at the time of the accident.
The lawyer has also raised objection as to why actor/singer Kamaal Khan, who was with Salman in the car on the day the accident took place was not grilled like Salman Khan or the other witnesses were. Clearly looks like there is more hope brewing up for Salman Khan's bail! Salman Khan might not go to jail after all!
