Blame it on the cracker bursts on stage, she got severe burns on her face and hands. We even brought to you pictures of her bruised hands post the mishap! But much did we know that Salman Khan was among the first ones' to meet Alia, as soon as he learnt she met with an accident! Yes! Word is that Salman, who was also present at the venue that day, rushed to Alia's vanity van to make sure she was okay and even advised her to go home ASAP! For all that we know, Salman has always been this considerate about people around him irrespective of who that is! No wonder everyone admires him so much. However, contrary to this, there is also this another set of reports that suggests Salman kept Alia waiting for about 5 hours during this same award show, although we dunno how true is that! Nevertheless, giving you an update on Alia's health, well she tweeted about the unfortunate incident saying, "Thank you guysss so much for all your concern, love and wishes !!! Things like this are a gentle reminder that we can't overlook safety. It isn't possible to go through life accident-free. But, most accidents- like this one - are preventable... FYI my face is fine."
