A few days back, actor Sanjay Dutt was hospitalised at Lilavati hospital after he complained of breathlessness and uneasiness in the chest. The medical team of the hospital informed he was tested negative for COVID-19 and kept under observation. While the actor was recently discharged, the KGF 2 star announced a short break from work due to medical treatment and said that he will be back soon. The shared a note on his official social media account, which reads, "Hi friends, I am taking a short break from work for some medical treatment. My family and friends are with me and I urge my well-wishers not to worry or unnecessarily speculate. With your love and good wishes, I will be back soon."
The actor earlier updated his fans about his health as he wrote, "Just wanted to assure everyone that I’m doing well. I’m currently under medical observation & my COVID-19 report is negative. With the help & care of the doctors, nurses & staff at Lilavati hospital, I should be home in a day or two. Thank you for your well wishes & blessings."
On the work front, Sanjay Dutt will be next seen Sadak 2, which also features Aditya Roy Kapur, Alia Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt in pivotal roles. Directed by Mahesh Bhatt, the film will premiere on OTT on August 28. Apart from Sadak 2, Sanjay Dutt will also feature in films like Bhuj: The Pride of India, Prithviraj, Torbaaz and KGF 2.
