Ranbir Kapoor and Rajkumar Hirani's Sanju has been the talk of town ever since it was announced. However, the excitement and anticipation for the film based on Sanjay Dutt's life peaked yesterday with the Sanju trailer being released. Sanjay Dutt's topsy-turvy yet emotional journey along with Ranbir Kapoor's class act has not only floored every critic and celebrity, but also millions of people across the country. However, what does Sanjay Dutt's sister, Priya Dutt have to say about the trailer? The politician just reviewed the Sanju trailer and we now have her verdict!
According to Mid-day, Priya has become an admirer of the actor after seeing his performance in the Sanju trailer. While talking to the tabloid, she revealed, "You can’t have anybody aping bhaiyya (Sanjay Dutt) 100 per cent. But I loved the way Ranbir has portrayed him." She further added that no one could have made this film except Rajkumar Hirani, while also mentioning how Sanju will be hardhitting yet funny and the best scenes would be between Ranbir and Paresh Rawal. As she mentioned, "Nobody besides Raju could have made the film. He knows how to bring out the emotions. The scenes between papa (Sunil Dutt, portrayed by Paresh Rawal) and him (Ranbir Kapoor) will be amazing. Raju has added the right kind of humour. Bhaiyya’s life has had so much comedy, the situation may have seemed crazy then, but now, when we look back, we laugh about them. The makers have made it as real as possible, there is nothing to hide." (ALSO READ - 9 details you probably missed in Ranbir Kapoor's Sanju trailer)
