Sara Ali Khan killed it last night on Koffee with Karan 6. From revealing how she is good friends with Kareena Kapoor Khan to talking about how she was a total 'dramebaaaz' as a kid, Sara left us awed with her confidence, candid demeanour and class. Well, she was in London recently to meet her brother, Ibrahim. There, she did an interview with BBC for BBC's Asian Network. The starlet spoke about a number of things ranging from her normal grounded upbringing to how films were never discussed on the dinner table. She told the interviewer that her dad or mom never talk Bollywood at the dinner table. Conversations mostly revolved around history, food, politics and world affairs. In fact, Sara said that she is more interested in talking about Bollywood as she is new to the industry and is damn excited. The actress revealed that she did not attend a single Diwali party as a kid and these things are very new for her. Sara did not hesitate to address the issue of nepotism as well. She said that it was something that was discussed at home, and the conversations had increased of late. She says it would be hypocritical if she said that it did not exist. The young lady says the biggest perk of being an insider is the easy access. Also, she reveals she hates being called star kid.
She is making her debut with Kedarnath where she plays a rebellious young girl Mukku who falls in love with a Muslim pithooo named Mansoor. Sushant Singh Rajput is her leading man. Stay tuned to BL for more updates!
