While a number of celebrities from Bollywood are eyeing at Hollywood and some of them like Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone have even ended up doing a film in the West, Shah Rukh Khan feels that he “doesn’t have the dedication” to work in the West. Shah Rukh was recently asked about his Hollywood aspirations and the actor openly went on to say, “Forget Hollywood, I don’t even have the time to brush my teeth!” Of course! Be it movie promotions or doing ad shoots; SRK is a busy busy man and we all know that. So we definitely know where you’re coming from, Shah Rukh..
“I feel I don’t have the dedication either,” he added further. “I am a patriotic person and I want to spend time here. I want to make something in India and take it to the international level. Its been a dream for years and I hope I fulfil it one day. But if I am offered a Hollywood film, I would love to do it provided my role or character has an emotional connect with the audience,” says the Raees actor further.
Well, lets just hope that he changes his mind soon because c’mon we just love the whole idea of Shah Rukh in a Hollywood movie and also we would love the whole world to see how phenomenal of an actor is SRK! Meanwhile the actor is all set to rule hearts with his latest Bollywood venture Raees. Raees, directed by Rahul Dholakia, opens in theaters tomorrow. Along with SRK, Raees also stars Mahira Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in key roles.
