Gangster genre has always intrigued Bollywood and since the 70s it has been one of the Bollywood's favourite genres. Every year Bollywood comes up with at least a gangster film and this year is no different with already Shah Rukh Khan's Raees hitting the marquee. Bollywood is all set for Arjun Rampal's Daddy and Shraddha Kapoor's Haseena Parkar. While it was alleged that Raees was based on the life of Gujarati bootlegger Abdul Lateef, Arjun's Daddy is an official biopic of gangster Arun Gawli and Shraddha Kapoor's Haseena Parkar is based on Dawood Ibrahim's sister Haseena Parkar.
The teaser as well as trailer of Daddy has received rave reviews from all quarters with many praising the look donned by Arjun Rampal which has a close resemblance to Arun Gawli. Similarly, Shraddha Kapoor's look as Haseena Parkar too surprised many and she's been applauded for that.
