Earlier, it was Pakistan and the Middle East but now nations like Turkey, Uzbekistan and African nations like Ghana have also warmed up to our tales of love, family, relatives, kidnapping, supernatural and so on. One of the countries where our shows and actors enjoy tremendous respect is Indonesia. The island nation is crazy about what we do on TV. Seeing this, big-shot producers have roped in Indian actors for shows in Indonesia. In recent times, we have seen numerous actors in Indonesian shows. Here is a check list...

Shaheer Sheikh
One of the Indian superstars in the country, Shaheer has made Indonesia his second home. He captured the imagination of everyone as Arjuna from Mahabharat and went on to shows in Bahasa Indonesia like Cinta Di Langit Taj Mahal and Panah Asmara Arjun. He also did a film Turis Romantis. At present, he is doing 2 shows in the country - Roro Jonggrang and Malaikat Kecil Dari India. He enjoys tremendous popularity and owns a fab home in Jakarta.

Ravi Bhatia
Last seen as Prince Salim on Jodha Akbar, Ravi has established a name for himself in the industry out there. With a boyish face and muscular physique, Ravi appeals to the girls out there. He has done Cinta Di Langit Taj Mahal 2 and is now seen on the big budget Roro Jonggrang.

Arjit Taneja and Mrunal Thakur
The superhit success of Kumkum Bhagya made Arjit and Mrunal popular with people. Arjit is playing the lead in Nadin, the Indonesian version of Naagin. It is his first show there and he is set for a great career there. His character's name is Ihsan on the show. After quitting Kumkum Bhagya, Mrunal also turned her sight on the Indonesia industry. Nadin is her first big show there.

His good looks make him great eye candy. Vin has done three shows in Indonesia and is married to an local girl, Nita Sofiani who is a popular model. He has done shows like Pesbuskers and Aladin and Alakadam.

Shakti Arora
He is current heartthrob after Indonesian viewers went gaga over his portrayal of Ranveer in Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi. Radhika Madan and he got a starry welcome at a recent event there. Now, Shakti, Radhika along with Mrunal Jain and Digangana Suryavanshi have been roped in for an Indonesian web-series. Ankit Bathla is also a part of it.

Shivin Narang
Veera won the hearts of the audience there and Shivin Narang is also a hugely loved actor. He is seen as Tristan in Cahaya Cinta.
